About the role
We are seeking a Procurement Officer (Saudi Nationals only) to manage purchasing operations, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality goods and services while staying within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Sourcing & Negotiation: Identify local and international suppliers, build relationships, and negotiate favorable pricing.
- End‑to‑End Procurement: Manage the full purchasing cycle from quote collection to finance coordination for invoice payments.
- Global Logistics: Oversee international shipments, coordinate with freight forwarders, and handle customs clearance and documentation.
- Reporting & Compliance: Track order statuses, generate performance reports, optimise purchasing processes, and ensure adherence to safety and company policies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in procurement, global logistics, and customs clearance.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify cost‑saving opportunities and streamline processes.
