About the role
Implement business strategies to manage circuit breaker product lines, collaborate across teams to promote offerings and enhance customer satisfaction. Drive market development and innovation while ensuring competitive positioning.
Key responsibilities
- Understand customer needs, define new offers and specifications aligned with market strategy.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis and identify trends to drive product opportunities.
- Manage product lifecycle including pricing, go‑to‑market positioning and time‑to‑market delivery.
- Lead product launches, support proposal responses and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Business Management.
- 15+ years of experience in product management within electrical or industrial sectors.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop and manage high‑performing teams.
