Product Owner – Compliance & Financial Crime

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the design and delivery of KYC, AML, and Transaction Surveillance capabilities for a next‑generation brokerage platform. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog, translating regulatory requirements into practical platform features.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for KYC/AML/Transaction Surveillance.
• Translate regulations into platform features and controls.
• Design KYC onboarding journeys, including CDD, EDD, and lifecycle management.
• Lead AML monitoring, alerting, case management, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Technology, and external vendors.
• Support SIT/UAT, go‑live, and operational readiness activities.
• Ensure auditability and regulatory compliance by design.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in KYC, AML, or financial crime, preferably in capital markets or brokerage.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or business lead in transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and agile delivery experience.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AML/KYC platforms and surveillance tools.
• Integration experience with compliance systems.
• Agile methodology and delivery practices.
