About the role
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the design and delivery of KYC, AML, and Transaction Surveillance capabilities for a next‑generation brokerage platform. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog, translating regulatory requirements into practical platform features.
Key responsibilities
- Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for KYC/AML/Transaction Surveillance.
- Translate regulations into platform features and controls.
- Design KYC onboarding journeys, including CDD, EDD, and lifecycle management.
- Lead AML monitoring, alerting, case management, and reporting.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Technology, and external vendors.
- Support SIT/UAT, go‑live, and operational readiness activities.
- Ensure auditability and regulatory compliance by design.
Required profile
- 8+ years of experience in KYC, AML, or financial crime, preferably in capital markets or brokerage.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or business lead in transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and agile delivery experience.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with AML/KYC platforms and surveillance tools.
- Integration experience with compliance systems.
- Agile methodology and delivery practices.
