Product Specialist Neuroscience Internship

About the role

This internship supports AbbVie’s neuroscience portfolio by assisting product specialists in building relationships with healthcare providers and gaining insight into the market. You will learn about disease areas, products, and compliance while developing foundational skills for a future career in pharmaceuticals.

Key responsibilities

• Support healthcare provider relationship management, including pre‑call planning, call preparation, and post‑call documentation.
• Share approved product and clinical information with providers and staff, and address basic questions.
• Assist in identifying and tracking market and customer insights.
• Help review reports, plan visits to key providers, and manage administrative tasks related to call planning and tracking.
• Collaborate with district teams and field roles to support business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical studies or a related field.
• Strong interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and learning about the industry.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• High ethical standards and integrity.
