Product Specialist, Oncology - Central Region

About the role

Join Ipsen’s Field Operations team in Riyadh as a Product Specialist focusing on oncology for the Central Region of Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality medical and product information, building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, and turning strategic plans into effective field execution.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, high‑quality medical and product information to healthcare professionals, supporting the appropriate and ethical use of Ipsen medicines.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with key healthcare professionals and stakeholders across the Central Region.
• Develop and execute territory action plans aligned with national and regional priorities.
• Identify opportunities and barriers to growth, translating market and customer insights into effective actions.
• Monitor product performance, stock availability and consumption across key accounts.
• Plan and execute high‑quality field activities, customer engagements and professional events.
• Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs and other cross‑functional teams to support business objectives and patient needs.
• Maintain disciplined territory management and accurate CRM reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmacy.
• Experience with Specialty Care products is essential.
• Previous experience in a commercial pharmaceutical role is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance insights into action.
• Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• A customer and patient‑focused mindset, with a commitment to excellence in execution.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Ability to operate effectively in a field‑based role with travel requirements.
