Product Specialist – PureWick (Riyadh)

About the role

The Product Specialist – PureWick will drive adoption and commercial growth of the PureWick portfolio across Saudi Arabia. Acting as the clinical and commercial champion, you will engage stakeholders, transform practice, and expand accounts to make PureWick the standard of care for non‑invasive urinary management.

Key responsibilities

• Increase portfolio share and achieve the annual budget for assigned accounts.
• Create new sales opportunities in hospitals and health‑care organisations through direct orders and tenders.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to maximise market penetration and product utilisation.
• Lead account onboarding, stakeholder mapping and customer‑engagement strategies.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate product availability to hospitals.
• Manage relationships with clinical and non‑clinical stakeholders in strategic accounts.
• Identify key opinion leaders in the incontinence community and ensure compliant product promotion.
• Perform market mapping and customer segmentation to respond quickly to market demand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred), medical sciences, pharmacy, biomedical engineering or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital/health‑care environment, medical devices or clinical sales.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts in Saudi Arabia.
