Production Foreman

About the role

The Production Foreman will oversee daily manufacturing operations for truck bodies and trailers at Arabian Metal Industries Ltd. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that production targets are met while maintaining high quality and efficient workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all daily production activities including fabrication, assembly, welding, installation and finishing.
• Allocate manpower and assign tasks according to the production plan and priorities.
• Monitor progress to achieve daily output targets and minimise downtime.
• Read and interpret production drawings, work instructions and manufacturing requirements.
• Ensure products are built to approved specifications, drawings and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Production Engineers, Welding Foreman, Quality Control, Stores and other support departments to resolve issues.
• Monitor workmanship quality, reduce defects, re‑work and material waste.
• Train, guide and support production workers to improve skills, efficiency and work quality.

Required profile

• Saudi national (Saudi Nationals Only).
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in metal fabrication or truck body production.
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed work instructions.
• Strong organisational skills to allocate resources and manage workflow.
