Production Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Production Manager to lead daily operations in the manufacturing of transformer oil tanks. The role involves overseeing the workshop, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations for transformer oil tank manufacturing.
• Plan and manage workshop scheduling, resource allocation, and on‑site 8S management.
• Drive production output to meet delivery targets and quality standards.
• Lead and manage shift teams, enforce shop‑floor discipline, and optimise production workflows.
• Identify and resolve production issues, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (quality, engineering, supply chain) to ensure seamless operations.

Required profile

• Proficient in English.
• 5+ years of production management experience, preferably in transformer oil tanks or heavy steel fabrication.
• Responsible, hands‑on, and able to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Required skills
