About the role
We are seeking an experienced Production & Manufacturing Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our factory’s production line. The role focuses on maintaining smooth workflow, upholding quality standards, and driving productivity through effective team leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily mixing, filling and packaging activities to meet production targets.
- Ensure all processes comply with established quality standards and product specifications.
- Manage and train a workforce of 10‑20 operators, fostering a safe and efficient work environment.
- Monitor production schedules, coordinate with the warehouse, and adjust resources as needed.
- Document procedures, record deviations, and report findings to senior management.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced production environment.
Required skills
- Knowledge of ISO quality systems.
