About the role

The company is seeking experienced Production Supervisors for its aluminum wire rod mills in Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring product quality, and driving continuous improvement across ten positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage production schedules and monitor output to meet targets.
• Control quality standards and conduct regular inspections.
• Coordinate warehouse and inventory activities to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Implement process‑improvement initiatives and safety compliance measures.
• Provide training and guidance to shop‑floor staff.
• Resolve operational issues through troubleshooting and resource management.

Required profile

• BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Production or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in aluminum wire rod mill operations.
• Proven ability to lead a production team in a manufacturing environment.
