Roustabout – Offshore Drilling Support

About the role

The Roustabout supports offshore drilling operations in Saudi Arabia by handling the loading and off‑loading of boats and equipment, preparing drilling sites, and assisting crane operators with material movements.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate core values and safety standards in line with H&P policies.
• Prepare drilling locations, including building fences, pouring concrete slabs, and digging ditches.
• Clean and straighten yard areas, and maintain organized storage of equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Select appropriate cranes and slings to move pipes and other materials to the “V” door.
• Operate hydraulic pumps and jacks to support and level pulling machines and derricks.
• Stay up‑to‑date with assigned WorkDay trainings.
• Apply relevant Saudi legislation related to drilling, HSE obligations, reporting, and audits.
