Program Manager

About the role

The Program Manager will lead training initiatives within Google Cloud Learning, ensuring programs are delivered on schedule, comply with guidelines, and meet stakeholder expectations. This role acts as the central hub for coordination, communication, and continuous improvement of learning services.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor program health and issue weekly status updates to stakeholders.
• Plan quarterly program iterations based on reporting insights.
• Ensure bi‑annual compliance with training guidelines and policies.
• Represent Google Cloud Learning in customer meetings.
• Coordinate special requests outside the standard program scope.
• Manage stakeholder communication and resolve operational issues weekly.
• Finalize training schedules and confirm participation on a quarterly basis.
• Administer certification voucher distribution.
• Collaborate with marketing teams bi‑weekly and contribute to monthly marketing plans.
• Oversee registration platforms, track learning consumption, and integrate feedback.
• Monitor KPIs, registration targets, and produce comprehensive final training reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in program management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of compliance and governance processes.
• Familiarity with training logistics and certification processes.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with learning, marketing, and customer teams.
