Safety Trainer – Oil & Gas (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are seeking a Safety Trainer to deliver comprehensive safety training programs for employees and trainees in the oil and gas sector in Saudi Arabia. The role involves classroom and practical instruction, assessment of competencies, and support for certification processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver classroom and hands‑on training on industrial safety, emergency procedures and HSE practices.
• Assess trainees through examinations, practical evaluations and issue competency certificates.
• Develop and update training materials, presentations, assessments and course content.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance and certification documentation.
• Ensure all training complies with Saudi, oil & gas and international safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Health & Environment or an associate degree/diploma in Industrial Safety.
• Minimum 4 years of oil & gas experience with a degree (or 11 years without a degree).
• Fluent spoken and written Arabic and English (IELTS ≥ 6.0 or equivalent).
