Project Account Manager – Data Center

About the role

As a Project Account Manager for the Data Center division, you will act as the lead solution consultant on large construction sites, delivering end‑to‑end business support and fostering strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee large construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring all project‑specific needs are met.
• Demonstrate Hilti’s innovative products, software and services, clearly communicating their value propositions.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting client relationships by understanding needs and providing tailored, cost‑efficient solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and workshops to raise awareness of new technologies.
• Address and resolve on‑site challenges faced by contractors.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and coordination of services.
• Identify growth opportunities and recommend actions to improve performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering.
• 3‑5 years of experience in sales, project management or a related field, ideally within construction or industrial sectors.
• Familiarity with the construction industry and data‑center projects is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel frequently to various job sites.
