Project Constructability Manager – Large‑Scale Oil & Gas EPC

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Constructability Manager to lead constructability activities on large‑scale Oil & Gas EPC projects in Saudi Arabia. The role combines technical engineering expertise with project leadership to ensure safe, cost‑effective, and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the constructability strategy for major EPC projects.
• Review engineering designs for practicality, cost efficiency, and construction‑friendliness.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Planning, QA/QC, HSE, and Commissioning teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project execution from planning to handover, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality compliance.
• Provide technical guidance to construction and site management teams.
• Identify and resolve constructability issues before and during construction.
• Supervise contract execution and support negotiations with subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with international standards, client specifications, and HSE requirements.
• Promote continuous improvement in construction methodologies.

Required profile

• Senior Mechanical Engineer with 15‑20+ years in large‑scale Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Proven track record managing projects from engineering through commissioning and handover.
• Experience with high‑value EPC contracts (USD 500 M+).
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision‑making abilities.
• Familiarity with GCC, Aramco, or ADNOC project environments is a plus.
