Project Control Manager (Metro/Rail Experience)

About the role

Parsons is seeking a highly skilled Project Control Manager to lead the project controls effort for a flagship metro station project. The role covers all phases of planning, scheduling, cost analysis, progress measurement, forecasting, reporting, and change control.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute the full project controls lifecycle, including baseline schedule creation and maintenance.
• Provide statistical, cost, schedule, and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead a team of Project Control Engineers/Specialists, assigning work, reviewing performance, and supporting professional development.
• Assess impacts of design changes, construction modifications, interface issues, and schedule delays.
• Maintain project controls systems, dashboards, and performance analysis tools.
• Coordinate controls requirements across civil, structural, architectural, MEP, systems, finishes, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Support change management by analyzing schedule and cost impacts of variations, claims, and potential change orders.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with major transportation infrastructure, metro, rail, station, and complex building projects.
• Proven ability to monitor performance against schedule, budget, milestones, and contractual requirements.
• Leadership experience managing project control teams.
