Project Control Manager – Water & Wastewater Infrastructure

About the role

The Project Control Manager will lead control activities for water and wastewater infrastructure projects, ensuring effective coordination of SCADA and PLC systems, technical delivery, and overall project performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project control processes for water treatment, water stations, and wastewater treatment facilities.
• Manage SCADA and PLC system integration, programming, operation, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to align technical delivery with project schedules.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present control reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control & Communications Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in control systems within water and wastewater projects.
• Proven track record in managing SCADA and PLC environments.
• Professional certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is mandatory.
