Project Controls Director – Large Industrial Projects

About the role

JASARA Program Management Company, a joint venture of PIF, Jacobs and Saudi Aramco, is seeking a Project Controls Director to lead control functions for large‑scale industrial and social infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia, supporting Vision 2030.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement project controls frameworks aligned with industry standards for industrial projects.
• Oversee development and management of project schedules, budgets and performance metrics.
• Lead risk assessment and management processes to identify, evaluate and mitigate project risks.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure transparent communication across projects.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports, forecasts and analyses for decision‑making at all levels.
• Mentor and guide project controls teams to maintain high standards of delivery.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project performance and efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in project controls, primarily on large‑scale industrial projects.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently.
