Project Director – Giga Projects & Luxury Real Estate

About the role

The role reports to Executive Development/Programme Leadership and holds overall responsibility for delivering a complex, high‑value mixed‑use development in Riyadh. It combines strategic leadership across development, design, engineering, construction, commercial, and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership throughout the project lifecycle, defining execution strategy and governance.
• Oversee development and detailed design, coordinating international architects, engineers and specialist advisors.
• Lead construction delivery, monitor contractor performance, and ensure compliance with Saudi regulations.
• Establish robust project controls for schedule, cost, risk and performance, and report to senior management.
• Manage commercial and contract aspects, including FIDIC frameworks, procurement, change control and dispute resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• 15‑20 years of relevant experience, including senior project director roles on large, complex developments.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects from concept to handover.
