Project Engineer – Smart Infrastructure (Jeddah, Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Join Siemens' Smart Infrastructure Electrification and Automation Business Unit as a Project Engineer (Tamayuz) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. You will support the delivery of digital power distribution and building infrastructure projects, helping customers create comfortable, safe, and energy‑efficient environments.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and budgets, and allocate resources.
• Lead and motivate multidisciplinary project teams to achieve objectives on time and within budget.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and manage risks and issues with contingency plans.
• Oversee engineering, procurement, manufacturing, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning activities.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, stakeholders and internal teams; prepare status reports and present updates.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to ensure alignment and quality standards.
• Implement quality control processes and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Control Engineering.
• Fresh graduate with strong critical‑thinking abilities and capacity to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal); Arabic is an advantage.
