Project Finance Officer – Corporate & Institutional Banking

About the role

The Project Finance Officer will support the Corporate & Institutional Banking Credit and Lending team in Riyadh. This role focuses on monitoring covenant compliance, managing portfolio trackers, and providing analytical insights for the project finance portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update covenants and conditions tracker for the project finance (PF) portfolio and monitor periodic compliance.
• Track waivers and amendment requests, ensuring timely redressal by the Coverage team.
• Review monthly PF portfolio system markers for accurate RWA and capital calculations.
• Monitor project construction and operation updates through LTA reports.
• Maintain and improve management information (MI) dashboards for the PF portfolio.
• Support PFCL certifications, annual borrower reviews, and liaison with HSBC Saudi Arabia on technical matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• Experience in Project Finance, Corporate/Institutional Banking, Credit or related banking functions.
