Project Manager - Aviation Industry

About the role

Eram Talent, a division of ERAM Holdings, is looking for an experienced Project Manager for the aviation industry, based on site in Dammam. The role covers planning, directing and coordinating aviation-related projects so they finish on time, within scope and on budget, working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial concept through implementation and handover
• Ensure compliance with aviation industry regulations and standards
• Identify risks and manage resources
• Foster communication among project partners to keep the project aligned and successful

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, Project Management or a related field
• At least 8 years of project management experience in the aviation industry or related sectors
• Proven track record of managing aviation projects from start to finish
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage several competing priorities
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred; knowledge of the Middle East aviation market is an advantage
