Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of projects in Riyadh. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, managing risks and changes, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones and deliverables.
• Define project scope, objectives and success criteria.
• Coordinate activities and resources across functional teams.
• Engage with stakeholders, facilitate communication and manage expectations.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Handle change requests and escalate critical items when needed.
• Monitor performance against plans, review deliverables and track KPIs.
• Prepare regular status reports, dashboards and vendor coordination.

• Proven ability to take full responsibility for project outcomes and make proactive decisions.
• Strong analytical skills to anticipate problems and implement preventive measures.
• Capability to recruit, develop and manage high‑performing teams.
