Project Manager – Learning & Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of client engagements in the learning and development sector. You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensure projects meet timelines, budgets and quality standards, and mentor project coordinators.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project plans and detailed schedules with clear milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
• Assign tasks to stakeholders, track progress and ensure timely completion within scope.
• Communicate status updates and risks to senior stakeholders and project directors.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, trainers, operations and subject‑matter experts to meet client expectations.
• Maintain regular client communication to address requirements and issues promptly.
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks, creating contingency plans as needed.
• Conduct post‑mortem analyses to improve delivery processes.
• Mentor and coach project coordinators on project management standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in B2B learning and development.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).

• Proficiency with Monday.com.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
