About the role
Engage Selection is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major development project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing all phases of the project, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Establish key relationships with the client and other stakeholders.
- Set up regular and clear communication channels to address emerging issues.
- Chair regular site progress meetings and report weekly on project and commercial status.
- Keep the project/program schedule up to date.
- Manage and develop the project team, assess resources, and bring in additional expertise when needed.
- Establish and monitor project operating procedures and ensure the management plan is followed.
Required profile
- Strong project management and organisational abilities.
- Effective communicator with excellent influencing and negotiating skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain key client relationships.
- Capability to work under pressure.
- Results‑oriented and quality‑focused mindset.
