Project Manager – Real Estate Development

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to lead high‑value real estate development projects in Riyadh. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, from feasibility studies to final handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of multiple real estate projects, managing every development stage.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed schedules, work plans, and financial budgets, tracking progress and reporting KPIs.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and health‑safety requirements.
• Oversee contract negotiations, procurement, and third‑party vendor management.
• Provide regular project updates to the leadership team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in real estate development or construction with a strong portfolio of delivered projects.
• In‑depth knowledge of project management methodologies and software tools.
• Experience in the Middle East, preferably Saudi Arabia, and familiarity with local market and regulations.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Financial acumen in budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
