Project Manager – Road & Transport Infrastructure (Saudi National)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead major road, transport infrastructure, and utility projects in Riyadh. The role requires a strong consultancy background and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and delivery activities across complex programs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of road, transport and utility projects.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, authorities and other stakeholders.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk and quality objectives.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams to meet project milestones.
• Oversee consultant performance and ensure contractual compliance.
• Prepare regular progress reports for senior stakeholders.
• Identify, mitigate and resolve project risks.
• Facilitate engagement with government authorities and utility providers.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards and client requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience in road, transport infrastructure and utility projects.
• Background working for engineering or project management consultancies, or as a client representative on large infrastructure programs.
• Proven experience managing consultant‑led projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or PMO are preferred.
• Saudi national preferred; Western university education highly preferred.
• Fluent English; Arabic language capability is an advantage.
