Project Manager - SAP S/4HANA Cloud

About the role

Müller's Solutions is seeking a senior, hands‑on Project Manager to lead a SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation for a major trading group in Saudi Arabia. You will own the end‑to‑end Finance and Supply Chain transformation across four legal entities, working with a hybrid onsite/offshore delivery team and reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition program using SAP ACTIVATE methodology from Prepare through Run.
• Manage a cross‑functional team covering Finance, Supply Chain, Integration, Data Migration and Training.
• Maintain the project plan, RAID log, budget tracking and resource allocation across all phases.
• Facilitate executive‑level reporting and steering committee meetings with client leadership.
• Govern scope, handle change requests and protect commercial margin.
• Lead cut‑over planning, go‑live readiness and hyper‑care activities.
• Coordinate ZATCA Phase 2 compliance milestones with the Finance workstream.

Required profile

• 8+ years of SAP project management experience with full‑lifecycle accountability.
• At least 3 successful SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition go‑lives as lead Project Manager.
• SAP ACTIVATE methodology certification.
• Proven experience delivering multi‑legal‑entity SAP projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong stakeholder management with C‑level and finance leaders in Arabic‑speaking environments.
• Demonstrated ability to control scope, budget and schedule on fixed‑price or milestone‑based contracts.
• Preferred: PMP or PRINCE2 certification; experience in trading, distribution or manufacturing; familiarity with SAP Integration Suite and BTP.
