About the role
GQ-Trading Company is an engineering materials supplier in Saudi Arabia. We are hiring one Project Materials Procurement Manager with local project‑materials experience.
Key responsibilities
- Source, assess and manage suppliers of engineering and construction materials for Saudi projects.
- Handle inquiries, quotation comparisons, commercial negotiations, purchase orders and delivery follow‑up.
- Coordinate material specifications and procurement schedules with project and engineering teams.
- Control procurement costs while maintaining quality and supply reliability.
Required profile
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Proven experience procuring materials for engineering or construction projects.
- Familiarity with Saudi local engineering standards and project requirements.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and an established supplier network.
- Strong communication, coordination, negotiation and cost‑control skills.
- Previous experience as a project engineer is preferred.
