Project Officer – Youth Training Program (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Project Officer will support the planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring and reporting of a youth training‑to‑employment programme in Saudi Arabia. Working with internal teams, training providers, employers and government partners, the role ensures activities are delivered on time, within scope and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities, timelines, milestones and deliverables, following up with internal and external partners.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with clients, government entities, training providers, employers and vendors; organise meetings, prepare minutes and track actions.
• Oversee training schedules, participant registration, attendance, assessments and the transition from training to job placement.
• Maintain project trackers, dashboards and documentation; monitor KPIs, attendance, completion rates and placement results.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and presentations for senior management.
• Coordinate logistics, procurement and vendor activities; identify operational risks and support corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Education, HR or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, programme implementation or similar roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, workstreams and deadlines.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
