Project Quality Specialist – Civil (Saudi National)

About the role

Parsons is seeking a Saudi‑national Project Quality Specialist – Civil to support quality assurance and control across airport, infrastructure and airfield civil works. You will ensure that all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement project quality requirements for civil works and monitor compliance with drawings, specifications, ITPs and method statements.
• Conduct routine inspections, review material and work inspection requests, test reports and certificates.
• Identify defects, non‑conformances and quality risks; raise and track NCRs and quality observations.
• Support root‑cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and verify their implementation.
• Participate in quality audits, technical meetings and coordination workshops.
• Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports and monitor quality trends.
• Inspect setting‑out, excavation, backfilling, compaction, sub‑grade, pavement, concrete placement, reinforcement, formwork, curing and waterproofing works.

Required profile

• Saudi national with experience in civil construction quality assurance/control.
• Strong knowledge of drawings, specifications, method statements and inspection‑test plans.
• Ability to detect defects early, manage NCRs and support corrective actions.
• Excellent coordination with engineering, construction and subcontractor teams.
