Project Site Supervisor

About the role

OsoolTree Company seeks a hands‑on Project Site Supervisor to lead structural and finishing works across its residential developments in Riyadh. The role demands a strong on‑site presence to supervise contractors, ensure quality, and keep projects on schedule while complying with approved drawings and specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections during structural and finishing stages.
• Supervise contractors and subcontractors on daily activities.
• Verify that work follows approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Monitor construction quality and report any deviations immediately.
• Track actual progress against the approved project timeline.
• Prepare weekly progress reports with percentages, delays, risks, and photo documentation.
• Follow up on site observations until full closure.
• Validate completed work before contractor payment approval.
• Maintain safety standards and site discipline.
• Participate in coordination meetings and provide clear updates to management.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related construction field.
• Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience on residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
• Detail‑oriented, disciplined, and capable of managing multiple sites in Riyadh.
