Project/Site Engineer

About the role

JINGDONG Property is seeking a Project/Site Engineer to lead MEP installation activities across its Saudi infrastructure projects. The role involves managing on‑site mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and ELV systems while ensuring alignment with project schedules and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all on‑site MEP installation works, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and ELV systems.
• Coordinate MEP tasks with civil, structural and architectural teams to maintain proper sequencing and avoid interface conflicts.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals and technical clarifications in collaboration with consultants and subcontractors.
• Ensure all installations comply with Saudi Building Code, Saudi Civil Defense, SEC, NWC and MODON regulations.
• Manage MEP subcontractors and site labour, monitoring productivity, quality and safety compliance.
• Conduct inspections, enforce quality standards and oversee HSE procedures on site.
• Arrange and coordinate authority inspections and obtain necessary approvals for MEP systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in MEP site engineering or project management within large‑scale construction projects.
• Familiarity with Saudi regulatory frameworks (SBC, Civil Defense, SEC, NWC, MODON).
• Strong ability to manage subcontractors, resolve design conflicts and maintain construction schedules.
