Public Relations Coordinator

About the role

The Public Relations Coordinator will serve as a strategic liaison between McKinsey & Company and Saudi Arabian government bodies and regulatory authorities. The role focuses on ensuring compliant and favorable outcomes during high‑stakes interactions and provides essential administrative support for government‑related services.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between the firm and Saudi government agencies, especially during critical situations.
• Manage and coordinate employment permits, entry visas, business licenses, and related regulatory processes.
• Monitor, renew, and maintain firm‑sponsored residence and work permits (Iqamas) for expatriate staff and their families.
• Handle exit and re‑entry visas, as well as visa cancellations for departing employees and dependents.
• Provide timely administrative support while adapting to rapid regulatory updates and tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Proactive and detail‑oriented with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of Saudi regulatory environment, including the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with government officials and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent processes and maintain accurate records.
