Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Government Liaison

About the role

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) will act as the company’s primary liaison with Saudi Arabian government authorities, ensuring full compliance with labour, immigration and corporate regulations during the startup phase in the Kingdom. The role supports office setup, documentation, and provides administrative assistance to the management team.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company in all government‑related transactions, maintaining compliance with KSA labour, immigration and corporate rules.
• Liaise with ministries and agencies such as the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, the Chamber of Commerce and municipal offices.
• Process visas, Iqamas, licence renewals, company registration documents and other legal formalities.
• Support the initial establishment of the KSA office, including documentation, local registrations and coordination with authorities.
• Maintain accurate electronic and physical records of licences, company documents and employee files.
• Provide administrative support to management and staff, including correspondence, filing, translation and office coordination.
• Assist with pickup and delivery of official documents, parcels and transport of guests when required.
• Ensure confidentiality, integrity and compliance in all interactions with authorities and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Saudi national or resident holding a transferable Iqama (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration, Business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a PRO or Administrative Officer in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of KSA labour laws, visa and immigration processes and government portals.
• Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Valid Saudi driver’s licence.
• Highly organised, able to work independently and maintain discretion.
