Purchase Specialist – Procurement & Supplier Management

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Purchase Specialist to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on managing procurement activities, supplier relationships, and purchasing operations within the Retail or Food & Beverage sector.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue purchase orders, monitor deliveries and ensure timely procurement.
• Source new suppliers while maintaining strong relationships with existing vendors.
• Negotiate terms and conditions to achieve cost‑effective agreements.
• Analyze purchasing data to control costs and optimize buying decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement with business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply‑chain operations, preferably in Retail or F&B.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on cost control.
