Purchasing Manager (Saudi National)

About the role

As the Purchasing Manager at SLS The Red Sea, you will be responsible for securing the right products and services that enable exceptional guest experiences. Working closely with finance and operational teams, you will drive procurement strategy, supplier relationships, and cost‑control initiatives for this luxury resort.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all purchasing and procurement activities in line with operational needs and budget.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies that support the hotel’s financial and operational objectives.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast purchasing requirements and ensure timely availability of goods.
• Source, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers that meet SLS quality and service standards.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and commercial agreements with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance across quality, pricing, delivery, reliability, and compliance.
• Review and manage purchase orders and related contracts.

Required profile

• Minimum five years (60 months) of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Saudi national, as indicated in the job title.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with finance, operations, and department heads.
