QA/QC Manager

About the role

The QA/QC Manager will lead quality assurance and control activities for high‑rise hotel and mixed‑use projects in Riyadh. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure that all civil, MEP and finishing works meet ISO 9001, client and hospitality brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan (QMP) in line with ISO 9001 and client specifications.
• Lead on‑site QA/QC activities across civil, mechanical, electrical, and finishing trades.
• Review, approve and monitor Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements and material submittals.
• Track inspections, testing, non‑conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective actions to guarantee compliance.
• Coordinate internal and external quality audits with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
• Manage snagging, de‑snagging and final hand‑over processes to achieve premium quality standards.
• Prepare and present quality performance reports, KPIs and compliance metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years experience as a QA/QC Manager on new‑build, high‑rise (20+ stories) projects.
• Experience working with main contractors or developers on hotel or 5‑star hospitality projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive quality improvements.
