QC Inspector

About the role

The Quality Control (QC) Inspector will ensure that all products and processes meet the highest quality standards. Working within the NAPCO environment, the inspector will apply internal policies, safety regulations, and technical knowledge to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and apply internal policies, procedures, and occupational health & safety regulations.
• Organize and plan work activities to meet short‑ and long‑term objectives.
• Perform condition monitoring and basic preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Set and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for quality control processes.
• Test, inspect, and benchmark machine and process parameters in QC labs using simple to complex equipment.
• Conduct root cause analyses on quality incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Inspect tools, spare parts, raw materials, work‑in‑progress, and finished products against engineering standards.

Required profile

• Understanding of NFP business environment and ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written form.
• Ability to work autonomously and follow standard office automation systems and software.
• Knowledge of technical maintenance practices and safety regulations.
• Strong analytical mindset for interpreting test data and driving process improvements.
