QC Technician – Metal Fabrication (Jeddah)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated QC Technician to join our metal fabrication plant in the Second Industrial City, Jeddah. You will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet client specifications and ISO 9001 standards throughout the production process.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections across cutting, forming, welding, coating and final assembly stages.
• Track and follow up on Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and client technical correspondence.
• Maintain ISO 9001 compliance on the production line and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production, Metal Fabrication or a related field.
• Proven experience in QC within metal fabrication (structural steel, hollow metal doors, etc.).
• Good understanding of client/consultant requirements such as RFIs, NCRs and technical drawings.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• CSWIP/AWS CWI certification is a plus.
