QHSE Officer – Facility Management

About the role

The QHSE Officer will lead safety, health, and environmental initiatives across our facility management operations in Riyadh. You will ensure compliance with regulations, mitigate risks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all safety and environmental matters within the company premises, including risk management.
• Identify hazardous conditions, develop EHS control practices, and report hazards or unsafe acts to the manager.
• Conduct daily safety inspections, promptly flag risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for staff on environment, health, and safety topics.
• Respond to internal and external audits, ensuring quality criteria are met and corrective measures are implemented.
• Prevent workplace accidents by ensuring all safety and environmental activities are effectively managed.
• Implement and support company EHS policies proactively.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical engineering or a diploma in Industrial Management, Quality Management, Environment, Health and Safety.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in EHS and quality management.
• Understanding of ISO‑9001 certification processes is a plus.
• Strong computer literacy and proficient English communication skills, both oral and written.
