Quality Assurance Analyst

About the role

The Quality Assurance Analyst will support the production site of a leading global food company. You will work closely with production teams, technical delegations and R&D to ensure that all products meet the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Accompany and monitor all production processes across the site.
• Support new‑product development from concept to packaging, including performance testing.
• Participate in layout projects, process changes and alterations.
• Define critical control points, suggest improvements and ensure HACCP plan execution.
• Supervise process documentation and verify adherence to current practices.
• Monitor microbiological and chemical test results and guide corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance on chemicals for preservation, cleaning, disinfection and pest control.
• Prepare and deliver technical lectures for various company levels.
• Develop and test new chemicals for SSOPs and promote technology transfer between sites.

Required profile

• College degree in Food Technology, Veterinary Sciences, Biochemical Engineering or Chemistry.
• At least 1 month of relevant experience (junior level).
