Quality Assurance Inspector – Slaughterhouse & Processing

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to oversee product safety and compliance across slaughter, processing, hygiene and packing areas for a leading meat‑processing operation in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures that raw materials, carcasses, cuts, packaging and finished goods meet strict food‑safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine quality checks in slaughter, processing, hygiene and packing zones.
• Inspect raw materials, carcasses, cuts, packaging and finished products for compliance.
• Verify GMP adherence, temperature logs, sanitation records and process‑control documentation.
• Generate non‑conformance reports and monitor corrective‑action implementation.
• Support internal audits and product release verifications.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of QA inspection experience in a slaughterhouse, meat‑processing plant or chilled‑food factory.
• Diploma in Livestock or Food Science & Technology, or a DVM with a focus on Food Science & Technology.
• Experience with high‑care food environments and familiarity with regulatory standards.
