Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

The Quality Assurance Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring project delivery meets the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction. Reporting to senior leadership, this professional will coordinate cross‑functional teams across Saudi Arabia to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication.
• Develop and implement strategic plans aimed at improving operational efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Analyze data to generate insights and support decision‑making for process enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field (master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in project management, operations or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of industry‑specific tools, software and methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
