Quality Control Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist to join our gas suppression factory in Riyadh. The role will lead cross‑functional teams, conduct internal and external audits, and drive corrective actions to improve product quality and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and continuously improve standards, procedures and specifications for the company.
• Perform regular product testing to ensure manufacturing meets quality standards.
• Maintain documentation of procedural changes and prepare performance reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to verify compliance with quality requirements.
• Supervise quality control activities, inspection schedules and the collection of quality records for projects.
• Lead audits, inspections and ensure proper documentation from auditors.
• Oversee regular calibration of all critical equipment.
• Support follow‑up audits and documentation for UL, FM, NFPA 2001 & 12 and ISO 14520 standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum five years of QA/QC experience, including full‑shift production management in a factory environment.
• Deep knowledge of gas suppression systems.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proven experience developing and reviewing project quality plans, contract documents and specifications.
