Raw Material Scheduler – Al-Jubail

About the role

DuPont is looking for a Raw Material Scheduler to join its Water Solutions manufacturing site in Al‑Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The role ensures that raw material inventories are aligned with production plans, supporting the plant’s ability to deliver high‑quality products at the lowest overall cost.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and purchase raw materials based on forecast or actual demand, considering current inventory and transit times.
• Manage exception orders through SAP and other reporting tools, coordinating with Production Schedulers and Purchasing.
• Adjust receiving activities in SAP/APO or Excel and communicate changes to manufacturing and logistics teams.
• Collaborate with supply‑chain planners to guarantee sufficient raw materials for the production schedule.
• Monitor raw‑material logistics, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth material flow into the facility.
• Participate in production schedule meetings to confirm material availability.
• Generate regular forecasts for suppliers and enter quality complaints, supporting CAPA processes.
• Contribute data for annual tenders, support supply‑chain design projects, and assist with annual inventory counts.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Experience in planning and scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft computer applications, especially Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP and SAP APO modules.
