Real Estate Associate Lawyer – Riyadh (3-5 PQE)

About the role

Join a leading global law firm’s Riyadh office as a Real Estate Associate Lawyer. You will work on high‑profile Vision 2030 projects and cross‑border transactions across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on real estate acquisitions, disposals and mixed‑use, hospitality, residential, industrial and logistics developments.
• Structure joint ventures, strategic investments and private‑equity transactions.
• Handle development projects, construction‑related deals, commercial leasing and asset management.
• Provide counsel on real estate finance, structured finance and corporate real estate portfolio transactions.
• Collaborate with a regional team on landmark projects and multinational client matters.

Required profile

• 3–5 years post‑qualification experience at a leading international or top‑tier regional law firm.
• Strong background in commercial real estate, investment transactions, development projects or real estate finance.
• Qualified lawyer who is a Saudi Arabian or GCC national.
• Demonstrated experience advising on Saudi Arabian or GCC real estate matters.
• Experience with a Legal 500‑ranked law firm is essential.
