Real Estate Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our real‑estate team. In this role you will guide buyers and sellers through the entire property transaction process, from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with leads to generate sales and achieve targets.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and business partners.
• Conduct buyer and seller consultations to understand their needs and present suitable properties.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from listing a property to finalizing the transaction.
• Attract prospective clients and promote new business opportunities.
• Provide local market knowledge, answering questions about homes, comparable properties and neighborhoods.
• Resolve customer issues promptly to maximise satisfaction.
• Coordinate sales activities with team members and other departments.

Required profile

• Previous experience in real‑estate sales, preferably off‑plan sales, is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and networking abilities.
• Self‑motivated, technology‑driven and able to work independently.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
