About the role

Join Accor as a Recreation Attendant and provide warm, engaging, and locally authentic service to guests using the pool and beach facilities. You will work in a luxury, upscale environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

Engage with guests, issue towels, chaise lounge covers, and assist with set‑up of lounge and cabana areas.
Collect and remove used towels and debris from pool decks throughout the day.
Maintain pool cleanliness, set‑up, and ambiance to create a positive first impression.
Promote and up‑sell wellness and recreation services to maximize revenue.
Perform opening and closing duties, adhere to fire and life‑safety procedures, and maintain personal appearance standards.
